Having a positive, inspirational and creative workplace culture is a founding principle of DGC – indeed, we work hard and we work fun. We enjoy monthly extra-curricular activities, from baseball games and Halloween parties to team meditation sessions and Thirsty Thursdays. Giving back is something else we love to do, and our philanthropy team identifies monthly volunteer initiatives that we encourage everyone to participate in. We offer time during work days to feed and tutor people less fortunate than we are, among other forms of supporting our community. We also offer flexible work hours and extended paid time off around holidays. And when it comes to work, we have an ‘all in’ philosophy – if there is something or someone who needs help, we’re all ears, arms and legs. It’s all about the result. No politics. No arrogance. No kidding.
